Indian SUV maker Mahindra has a variety of products in its portfolio. Bolero is one of the oldest models of Mahindra. It is offered in various formats. For the commercial part, Mahindra offers a pick-up version of the Bolero 7 The dual cab version of the pickup is called the Bolero Camper and is offered with a 4 × 4 system. There are several modification houses that focus on off-road SUVs, and here is one such video. In this video, KAM Customs transforms a new Mahindra Bolero Camper 4 × 4 into a butch looking off-road truck.
Kamcustoms uploaded the video to their youtube channel. Cum Customs SUV customization focuses more on Mahindras in particular. The video shows what the Mahindra Camper 4 × 4 looked like when it arrived at the workshop and what changes were made to it.

Starting from the front, the Mahindra Bolero Camper’s stock grille was replaced with a custom-made unit that gave the car an aggressive look. The stock bumper of the Bolero Camper has been removed and replaced with a metal off-road bumper from the PRAD 4 × 4. An auxiliary lamp set and an electric winch are also included. The turn indicator is integrated with the metal bumper. The car has smoked headlamps and tail lamps. Pick-up stock has been changed from white to British racing green.
The work of paint alone has played an important role in improving the overall look of the Bolero Camper. Coming to the side profile, the pick-up gets 15-inch off-road wheels and 31-inch MT tires. This camper has a line-X coating for extra protection during fender and side step off-roading. The step next to the bolero camper is a custom made unit. The suspension setup of this Mahindra Bolero Camper has also been upgraded. It now comes with Arc Shock and Leaf Springs.
The back luggage area has a yellow line-X coating in yellow. It gives a rough look. Pick-up roll bars are installed from Prad 4 4. The extra wheels of this bolero camper are kept in the loading tub. The extra wheel is actually mounted on a custom made metal mount. Like the headlamps, the camper’s tail lamps are smoked. There are also some customizations on the interior of this Mahindra Bolero Camper 4 × 4.
The Bolero Camper 4 × 4 is actually a fully equipped vehicle and has no space comfort. The main seats in the camper are designed accordingly. The truck gets a set of new seats from the driver and passengers. Seats are borrowed from a Mahindra XUV500 for more comfort This Mahindra Bolero camper is also equipped with air conditioning system. Overall, the work done at this camper looks good and it looks off-road ready. The custom bumper and new tires have definitely changed the position of the pick-up and it looks like a proper 4 × 4 pick-up truck. This pick-up was seen on some rough road sections and it was handling quite well.
