Tata has launched a completely new concept CURVV. Although it is still in the concept stage, Tata prefers to keep the production version very close to the concept design. If you want to know more about Tata CURVV, you can click here. Below is a detailed image gallery of the new CURVV concept.
The brand new Tata Curve gets a straight-line sharp design.
It gets the name CURVV because of the rocking roof line. This is a design language of Tata Motors.
CURVV gets a futuristic design. Tata will probably have a similar design in the production version.
Tata will take about two years to bring the production version of CURVV.
The new Tata CURVV is based on the second generation electric vehicle platform. It will be the first car to be available in the form of an electric vehicle.
In the future, Tata will also bring cars powered by petrol and diesel engines. However, Tata has said that they do not plan to bring any hybrid powertrain. It will offer a range of about 400-500 km.
The new CURVV will have multiple battery stacking options. This will allow Tata Motors to offer different ranges.
Tata says the production version of the CURVV will take two years to arrive.
Even the cabin of the all-new Tata CURVV gets a compact design with a two-spoke steering wheel and two all-digital screens.
The Freestanding screen will offer a variety of connectivity options, including Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The new Tata CURVV also gets a certain panoramic sunroof. However, we believe that it will be very different in the production version of the car.
The two-spoke steering wheel is the first in the Tata car and it looks pretty good. The steering wheel has multiple buttons to control the phone and infotainment system.
The brand new CURVV lightbar is widely used. The front of the car has an LED bar while the rear has an LED bar that is in sync with the brake lamps.
The LEDs will probably tone down in the production version of the Tata CURVV.
CURVV is not based on a congenital electrical platform. Instead, it’s an upgrade to the first-generation EV platform that underpinned the likes of the Tata Nexon EV, Tata Tigor and more. Tata is also working on a third generation platform.
Tata will bring 10 new electric cars to the Indian market by 2024 The brand says it is on track to achieve that goal
